it dosnt work, i mean, i cant get the quest, but i cant atack also

-put in dawnguard dlc
can load everything fine and get dawnguard quest but can’t do normal attacks, cast spells or shoot with bows (can do power attacks tho) what gives?

I installed the games with skidrows cracked iso.
then updated it with update 9.
then patched with 1.7
then applied the DLC.
after that i couldnt attack and people were like statues i guess you could stay. ( they were in a stance like when your editing them in some character editing program). and i couldnt attack. so i unclicked dawnguard in the launcher and everything work like it should except no more dawnguard stuff.
any help?
i have installed update 9, patch 1.7, dawnguard but quest won’t start… i’m on lvl 11 already..

I installed update 9 then patched then put the dawnguard files in but the quest won’t start. Do I need to be a certain lvl to see the forts a/o start the quest?
Will not work without Steam. So if you already have a bootleg, you can’t DLC the bootleg.

i have a little issue….i installed all of it,it starts the dawnguard mission,i can even use attacks but i cant use the crossbow or attack like an vampire lord(i can use the powers though) can anybody help???

I know some of you cant play.. or cant attack but here is how i did it and it works fine
1) Dawnguard
2) Patch 1.7
3) Update 9 ( CANT ATTACK? this will FIX IT)

all linck is out….
after fiddeling a bit and ending up with russian launcher.. it worked for me with the Update 9. been searching all over the net to make this work… endet up buying the game + dawnguard on steam but im stubern when i cant get somthing to work so today i finaly got a cracked version of dawnguard to work with update 9 and RU launcher. GL

@gil i tried what you did but even with nexusmod manger i still cant get quest on the guards for dawnguad T_T they always say what is it??? can anyone help me?

I’ve installed al the patches but I just don’t see any change. I started the launcher and DATA FILES is unnaccesible, I just can’t click it. I guess I should be able to click to activate the update?? Please help ):
For those that CAN’T attack but power attack:
1. If you have istalled the update 10, delete everything from that update.
1.1 Install update 9.
2. Install dawnguard.
3. Profit.
Seems like dawnguard and update 10 are not compatible or something. I’m not sure. But you do need the update 9 anyway.
I have buy original, steam version of the game. If i download cracked Dawnguard expansion will i have problems with steam and is there a chance i loose my steam account?
Has anyone tried installing this after installing update 11? Because I don’t wanna mess up my game and there seem to be problems with a lot of people.

i was having troubles earlier about launching the game, then after loading bethesda icon at start up, then the dragon logo shows up 1 second later it crashes to desktop without error, well, i solved it, here how i solved it:
1. install update 11
2. install patch 1.7
3. put dawnguard files into data
4. tried to load dlc, that data files greyed out, well you can find the tutorials on that everywhere, followed the steps, launched the game, crashed
5. after several minutes of finding the solution, i just give up, then something pops my mind, install again the update 11, then tried launching , then poof, playable now.
note: no bugs on attacks so far, no crashes, no weird stuffs, no mods
IMPORTANT: just backup your files before doing so, this is not the sure solution yet, if someone solve that error this way, kindly like so everyone can see, thanks.

i got a problem!!! i got Razor1911 Skyrim cracked edition! and i can run skyrim via TESV data… but if i wanted to play via Skyrim.exe a launcher appears =) so if i click on “data files” its just empty … and when i click on “play” it appears a error message like ” couldnt start the game cuz missing steam_api.dll file” but its important to me to know how i can fix it because i wanted to play dawnguard and i alrdy installed the mod via nexusmanager … but i cant start the game with the normal launcher >.< anyone help!!
I do wonder the same thing, or rather would that work? or maybe it can be introduced into the game as a mod? I know u can add them manually without downloading from steam.
hey guys, i just recently installed dawnguard. but i’ve just finished the imperial legion quest and the riften guard is no longer there instead there’s an imperial guard standing there.
it won’t start the dawnguard quest. the courier and the dawnguard man doesnt appear too. i tried the guard on every big city but it desnt seem work.
i’ve installed update 9 and patch 1.7.
can anyone help?
