Go to %appdata%>roaming there create folder 2K Sports in that folder create folder NBA 2K13 in that folder create folder Saves.That worked for me

my problem is..computer said: the cabinet file ‘nba2k13_1.cab’required for for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. this could indicate a network error, reading fom the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package
i install it through the mounting of daemon tools elite, after that i cant find the crack file
