Well .. I installed and tried everything until it worked. I uninstalled GTA IV, Social Club and Max Payne. Did all the install and first run OFFLINE. Applied updates 1.13.0.0_Launcher, 1.0.0.17_patch and 1.0.0.22_patch and crack for 1.0.0.22. Also blocked PlayMaxPayne3.exe, MaxPayne3.exe, renderer.exe, uninstallRGSCRedistributable.exe, wow_helper.exe outgoing and incoming in Windows firewall. Started game, this time I didn’t need put any compatibility (before I had to put WinXP sp3 or game crashed), advanced to MP3 logo and the bloody SocialClub appeared!!! I was happy because I never saw it.. (Perhaps was a conflict with GTA IV social club), then put the profile in documents.. rockstar games and social club and then initialized session with the created profile. Then I went out, connected to internet and enter again and no problem. I havent played yet but i think it wil work cuz now I can see the menu. It took me the whole weekend!!!! I hope I have helped guys!

I will post an update of my status. Now i’m stuck at LOADING screen.. nothing happens.
Updated Social Club. Blocked it, unblocked it.. whatever I tries just doesn’t work… this game is nearly impossible to play and I saw tons of videos of ppl unable to play it… It seems very hard to be cracked and well this havent been a clearn work..

Tried everytrhing and doesn’t work.

I could never download the crack from this web because links are dead… I download another cracks and updates and nothing worked.. the game starts.. I see black screen with copyright and blablabla and then NOTHING happens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I press enter game closes and blam.. 28gb for nothing!!!

HI for the people having the gobal stats update issue, basically i found the solution i use motion joy and use a ps3 controller. I have changed the controls so that L1 is aim (LB on xbox) and R1(RB on xbox) is shoot. The global stats update only appears when u press L1 (Aim), and Click R3 (right stick) to slow down time, simultaneously, if this does happen to quickly press L1 and R3 again and it will close the global stats pop up right away. Hope this helps

For all of you with loading screen issues:

I had the same problem and it drove me crazy but I fixed it after all. copy all the crack contents into the directory + the “profile” folder. Now copy the Profile folder into My Documents/Rockstar Games/Social Club (so keep the “profile” folder in both the game directory and My Documents. NOW … try to update SOCIAL CLUB to v1.0.9.5. Just google “Social Club v.1.0.9.5″ and download the .exe file from 4shared (I found it there) and install it before running the game. Don’t forget to disconnect the internet. it should work
